Grilled Chinese Mushroom with Soy Sauce

Main Ingredients:
Ingredients of sauce dressing: 
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce 
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
Garnish & Sides Ingredients:

How to cook:

1. Soak the dried Chinese mushrooms in water until tender, then remove water.

2. Cut stems of Chinese mushroom, cut as a cross on the top of mushroom and do not split the mushroom.  Pound to soften the mushroom stems.

3. Making the sauce dressing by mixing all above ingredients to a cup, add 1/2 cup of water and stir all together.  Add to mushrooms and leave for 10 minutes.

4.  Grill the mushrooms with medium heat, spatter the sauce dressing while grill and sesame oil.

5. Transfer to a serving plate.  Arrange cucumber and ginger preserve ( or pickle ginger) on the sides
