Cabbage fried with flour or Hoytod Jay.
Ingredient :
- 1 cup Rice flour
- 1/2 cup Potato starch
- 1 cup water
- cabbage slices ( you can use bean sprouts as option)
- long beans, sliced ( optional)
- 5 pieces dried Chinese mushroom, soak in water and sliced (you can use other oyster mushroom as option)
- salt
- vegetable oil
- pepper
- garlic chili sauce
Preparation:
1. Mix rice flour, potato starch and water in a blow.
2. Add cabbages, Chinese mushroom, long beans, pepper and salt, then mix all together as below picture.
Before fried Hoytod
3. Heat oil in the pan and add the mixed ingredients, make it flat on pan (should not be thicker than 1 inch). Heat until the flour is yellow at the bottom, then turn over to another side.
4. When the flour is cure, transfer to plate. Serve with garlic chili sauce.
